Terms of use
Version of 24.09.2026
This is a translation of the Russian original. If the two versions differ, the Russian version prevails.
1. Terms
1.1.Service — the Paper Bot bot for the Lolka platform, the website paperbot.ru and the web panel for managing the bot.
1.2.Operator — the owner of the Service.
1.3.Platform — the Lolka communication platform on which the bot runs.
1.4.Server — a community on the Platform to which the bot has been added; Server Administration — its owner and administrators; Staff — members with support roles.
1.5.User — any person who uses the Service.
1.6.Content — texts, images, files and other materials that Users post through the Service, including ticket conversations and texts set in the settings.
2. Subject
2.1.The Operator provides the Service free of charge and “as is”: with the features it has at the time of use.
2.2.By adding the bot to a Server, opening a ticket or signing in to the web panel, the User accepts these Terms and the Privacy policy.
2.3.The Service works inside the Platform, so the Platform’s rules also apply to its use — its user agreement and age restrictions.
3. Rights and duties
3.1.The Server Administration:
- is responsible for the bot’s settings on its Server — who sees tickets, what texts the bot posts, who is denied access;
- is responsible for the Content of its Server’s tickets and for making sure members know that ticket conversations are kept;
- manages the conversation retention period and the files the bot has sent to the Server’s channels.
3.2.The User and the Server Administration must not:
- use the Service for spam, harassment, threats, fraud or posting Content prohibited by law or by the Platform’s rules;
- deliberately overload the Service, disrupt its operation, bypass access checks or try to obtain data of other Servers and Users;
- use automated tools for mass data collection through the Service;
- impersonate the Operator or Paper Bot Staff.
3.3.The Operator may:
- change the features and design of the Service;
- carry out maintenance, during which the Service may be temporarily unavailable;
- restrict the bot on a Server or access to the web panel if the Terms are violated — as a rule after a warning, and immediately if other Servers are at risk;
- announce updates and changes on the support server.
3.4.The Operator provides technical support on the support server.
4. Liability
4.1.The Operator makes reasonable efforts to keep the Service running smoothly but does not guarantee that it will work without failures, errors and interruptions, and is not liable for temporary unavailability, including that caused by failures of the Platform, hosting or communication networks.
4.2.The Operator is not liable for direct or indirect damage, lost profits or data loss arising in connection with the use of the Service, or for the Service not meeting expectations. The Operator makes backups but recommends keeping important things on your side too — for example, transcripts in a Server channel.
4.3.The User is responsible for the Content they post through the Service. The Server Administration is responsible for decisions made on its Server through the bot.
5. Exclusive rights
5.1.The rights to the Service — the program code, interface, the Paper Bot name and logo — belong to the Operator. The Terms do not transfer these rights and do not allow using the name and logo without the Operator’s consent.
5.2.The rights to Content remain with its authors.
6. Term
6.1.The Terms apply for as long as you use the Service.
6.2.The Server Administration can stop using the Service at any time by removing the bot from the Server; the Server’s data is then deleted as set out in the Privacy policy.
6.3.The Operator may stop providing the Service entirely or for a particular Server — if the Terms are violated or if the Operator decides to shut the Service down; the Operator will announce a shutdown in advance on the support server.
7. Final provisions
7.1.The Operator may change the Terms. A new version takes effect when it is published on this page; the version date is given at the top of the document. Continuing to use the Service means agreeing to the new version.
7.2.If any provision of the Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
7.3.The Terms are governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7.4.Disputes are settled through negotiation. Before going to court, a claim is sent via the support server; it is considered within 30 calendar days.
7.5.Questions, complaints and suggestions — the support server.
