One channel –
one ticket
A ticket system for Lolka: panels and forms, claiming and roles, support hours, transcripts and a web panel.
This is what your members will see
One panel for every request
All categories in one message, as buttons or a list.
- Up to 25 panels in one message
- Each category has its own button and color
- Outside support hours the bot says when to come back
A form instead of “describe the problem”
Up to five questions per category. Answers arrive in the ticket and show in the web panel, no need to ask again.
- Answers in the ticket greeting
- Limits are checked before the form
You can see who handles a ticket
The “Claim” button assigns the ticket to a staff member and renames the channel. The author and the staff member get their roles automatically.
- Claim, transfer, escalate
- Roles decide who may press what
The bot reminds, pings and closes on its own
“When → if → do” rules: remind the author, call senior staff, close on a button, give a role. Built with the mouse in the web panel.
- 25 ready-made scenarios, on in a couple of clicks
- Custom buttons in the ticket: “I'll take it”, “Solved”
- A dry run on a ticket shows what a rule will do
Everything is kept after closing
A transcript with the history, archiving or deleting the channel, reopening with one button. The author leaves a rating, and it goes into the staff member's stats.
- HTML transcript and a ticket card on the web
- Search across all transcripts
- Auto-close on inactivity and auto-delete
The conversation stays in transcripts.
What else the bot can do
See where people are waiting for a reply. Answer right from the web: as yourself, under another name or as the server.
First reply and close time for each staff member, load by hour.
Per person, category, server and period. Chosen roles can bypass them.
Users with a reason and a term, and whole roles too.
Canned replies with /reply. Claim or close several tickets at once.
Who opened, claimed and closed: to the log channel and the web panel.
When a category has 50 channels, the bot creates the next one itself.
Server settings move to another server with one code.
Guides and how-tos
Bot permissions, /ticket setup and signing in to the web panel.
The panel sets the look, the category the behavior, the server the defaults.
Every category setting in tables: roles, permissions, buttons, messages, limits, hours; which panels show it.
All slash commands with who can run them and where; custom prefix commands.
Yes, it is built for Lolka and its client and works only there.
Add the bot and run /ticket setup. The wizard suggests a set of topics for your server and creates the channels and the panel. Everything else is set up with the mouse in the web panel.
In the bot's database: tickets, form answers and history. Transcripts open from the web panel and from a button in the ticket.
Run /debug. It shows the bot's permissions, channels, roles and panels and marks what is missing. If that doesn't help, send a screenshot to support.
Your first ticket in a minute
Add the bot and run /ticket setup: a panel with a button appears in the channel.
