Commands

All of the bot's slash commands. “Admin” means the “Administrator” permission on Lolka, the server owner, or a role/person from the web panel's “Staff” tab. “Staff” means an admin or a server support role; in a ticket channel the roles of its panel and category also count as staff. The ticket author can close their own ticket without a role. If a button has roles set (Category → Buttons), the matching command can be run only by them and admins.

Any command can be hidden on the server, a group can be given a permission without which it isn’t visible, and a command can be limited to the roles that may run it: Settings → Commands.

Command names here are in English, the default. With Settings → Language → Command language set to Russian names, the same commands are called in Russian (/тикет закрыть instead of /ticket close), and so are the options (member: → участник:). Each command’s Russian name is shown in grey under the English one. The bot understands both sets of names while the Lolka client hasn’t refreshed its menu yet.

/ticket

/ticket setup/тикет мастер
What it does
The setup wizard, no options: pick a set of request topics (gaming, community, shop, project or “I'll set it up myself”), untick the topics you don't need, pick the panel style and create everything with one button — the panel, the chosen topics, the tickets / closed-tickets channel categories, a channel with a button and the ticket-logs and ticket-transcripts channels. The panel's title, text and color are edited later in the web panel. Once: on an already set-up server it refuses — run a full /ticket reset first.
Who
Admin
Where
Anywhere
/ticket open [panel]/тикет открыть [panel]
What it does
Open a ticket; the panel — if there are several or the style is “command”.
Who
Everyone
Where
Anywhere
/ticket open [panel] member:@member/тикет открыть [panel] участник:@member
What it does
Open a ticket for a member: they will be the author — for example, to summon someone over a report or for a call. Limits, the blacklist, support hours and the form don't apply; the ticket description shows who opened it. The same in the web panel: “+” above the ticket list.
Who
Staff
Where
Anywhere
/ticket close/тикет закрыть
What it does
Close the current ticket (reason and confirmation per the category settings).
Who

/ticket unclaim/тикет снять

Who
Staff
Where
In a ticket channel
/ticket private/тикет приватно
What it does
Hide the ticket from the rest of staff — the category's support roles and extra roles (the claimer, whoever turned it on, members and admins still see it) — or make it visible again. It's hidden in the web panel too.
Who
Staff
Where
In a ticket channel
/ticket transfer @staff/тикет передать @staff
What it does
Hand it to another staff member (staff only; someone else's claimed ticket — only the claimer or an admin; unavailable where claiming is off). If the category has a “claimed” template, the channel is renamed by it; if not, only the [nickname] label in the name changes. A free ticket is transferred as if claimed.
Who
Staff
Where
In a ticket channel
/ticket history [@member]/тикет история [@member]
What it does
A member's past tickets on this server — the last 10 with status, category, subject, dates, who claimed or closed them and the rating, with a summary on top. Only you see the reply. In a ticket channel without a member — the author's history; look up someone who left the server by ID. A support role of one category — only in its ticket's channel and only its categories' tickets; private ones — to those who see them in the channel too.

Only you see the reply — send a screenshot to support if something doesn't work.

Custom commands and reply templates

A ready answer by prefix: a member writes !rules, and the bot replies with text or an embed. The prefix is set in the server settings (! by default). The bot doesn’t reply to blacklisted people.

In the web panel each command has “Who can call it”. “Staff only” turns it into a reply template: by prefix it fires only for a staff member, and it’s handier to call it with /reply — which shows the list of snippets in a drop-down, visible only to you, and sends the chosen one to the channel.

Placeholders work in both the text and the embed: {user}, {guild}, {channel}, and in a ticket channel also {author} — the request’s author, {number} — its number and {category} — the topic. Outside a ticket these variables are empty.

FieldWhat it does
NameWithout the prefix, up to 50 characters; spaces become hyphens.
Reply typeText or embed.
ReplyThe message text; for an embed — the default description.
Other ways to call itAn optional pattern — a regular expression checked against the word after the prefix. ^(rule|правил) — !rules, !rule and !правила with one command. A command with the same exact name always wins over a pattern. The bot doesn’t respond to regular messages without the prefix.
Embed designTitle, description, color, image, thumbnail, footer, author. An empty field takes the default: title = prefix and name (!rules; via /reply — just the name), description = the reply, color = the brand color. Placeholders {user}, {guild}, {channel}.
The full design editor is in the web panel → Commands. The /custom add command sets only the text and the embed flag.

Other ways to call it

One command can answer several spellings: “rules”, “rule”, “правила”. For that, a command in the web panel has the “Other ways to call it” field — a pattern checked against the word after the prefix. Next to the field are ready examples and a tester: type a word and see whether it matches.

^rule
Meaning
The word starts with “rule”
Matches
!rule, !rules, !rulebook
^(rule|правил)
Meaning
Either one or the other
Matches
!rules, !правила
^(rules|правила)$
Meaning
Exactly these whole words
Matches
only !rules and !правила
^rules?$
Meaning
The character before ? is optional
Matches
!rule, !rules

Symbols: ^ — the start of the word, $ — the end, | — “or”, ( ) — a group, ? — “may be missing”. Upper and lower case aren’t distinguished. Without ^ a match is looked for anywhere in the word, so patterns almost always start with it.

The pattern is checked only against the word after the prefix — the bot doesn’t respond to regular chat messages. A command with exactly the same name always wins over a pattern.
