Blacklist

Who can't open tickets. Two independent lists: individual users (with a reason and a term) and roles. The check runs on pressing the button and again on sending the form; only the blocked person sees the refusal.

Web panel → Blacklist: “Add” → user (search by name or ID), reason, term.
In chat: /blacklist add @user [reason] [term]

Web panel → Blacklist: Forever · 1 hour · 24 hours · 7 days. When it runs out, the block lifts by itself.

By role

The “Blocked roles” block in the same section. A member with any of these roles can’t open a ticket while they have the role. A role block has no term — it applies while the role is assigned.

Import and export

Button	Format
Import	User IDs one per line; the reason after a tab or a double space: `123456789 spam`. The term is “forever”.
Export	A text file: “Name <ID>” and the reason after a tab — “Import” accepts it too, so it works for moving to another server.

The refusal comes as a hidden message — only the person who pressed sees it, and no ticket channel is created. The texts are edited in “Texts and buttons”.

What is blocked

•The “Open ticket” button, category buttons, /ticket open — the reply “You are blacklisted”, visible only to the presser.
•Custom prefix commands (!rules) — the bot silently doesn't reply.
•Reviews in a “Reviews” category and an author reopening their own closed ticket.
•The refusal text can be edited: Settings → Texts and buttons → “Refusals”.
•A blocked person's already open tickets aren't closed or changed — close them by hand if needed.

Blacklisted users aren’t included in moving settings (blocked roles are, but they’re cleared on import to another server: it has other roles). Use “Export” / “Import” to move them. The /blacklist commands are admin-only.
